Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Fast Dispatch: All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Quick Delivery: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your location.

• Free Shipping:

  • We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders—no minimum cart value required.

• Reliable Logistics: We ship via trusted partners like India Post, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others to ensure fast, trackable delivery.

• Live Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a real-time tracking link to follow your tea’s journey.

International Shipping (Outside India)

• Dispatch Timeline: All international orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.

• Delivery Timeline: International deliveries typically arrive within 7 to 11 business days post dispatch, depending on your country and customs clearance.

• Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight.

• Customs & Duties:

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

• Trusted Carriers: We ship globally using premium carriers like Shiprocket, DHL, and India Post for secure and reliable service.

Need to update your address?

Please contact us before dispatch at support@tearaja.in or WhatsApp us. Once your order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Order Delayed or Not Delivered?
If your order doesn’t arrive on time, we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it quickly and keep you informed throughout.
