Upper Namring Exotic Black Tea
A distinct Darjeeling Black Tea Sourced from Namring Upper, the oldest and largest Tea Estates in India. Namring Tea Garden is located in the surroundings of Teesta Valley of Darjeeling at an altitude of 1380 meters and it is famous for its supreme quality Tea. The Namring Tea Estate in Darjeeling dates back to 1855 when the British first planted high-quality Chinese tea bushes grown from seeds.
The distinctive flavor of Darjeeling arises from an unusual combination of high mountains, steep terrain, well-drained soil, and misty swirling clouds. Add the extreme cold in the winter and intense heat in the summer and the end result is the exquisite muscatel character and flowery aroma of good Darjeeling.
A very neat leaf with tip. This tea has a bright orange liquor, with a bright and brisk character and a slight vegetal flavor.
